2. The Service

Labour Contractor Chennai provides a directory of verified labour contractors in Chennai. We facilitate connections between users and contractors — we are not a party to any contract between them. We do not guarantee the quality, availability, or conduct of any listed contractor.

3. Paid Access

Access to contractor phone numbers requires a one-time payment of ₹699 (inclusive of applicable taxes). This grants 1-year access from the date of payment. Payments are processed by Razorpay and are non-refundable once contractor contact details have been accessed.

4. User Accounts

• You must provide a valid Indian mobile number to create an account.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must not share your account credentials or access with others.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Contractor Listings

Contractor information is provided in good faith. We do not independently verify every claim made by listed contractors. Users are advised to independently verify contractor credentials, licences, and insurance before engaging their services. Labour Contractor Chennai is not liable for any disputes, damages, or losses arising from engagements with listed contractors.

6. Prohibited Use

You must not:

• Scrape, copy, or redistribute contractor contact data
• Use the Site for spam, harassment, or fraudulent purposes
• Attempt to circumvent the payment system
• Upload malicious code or interfere with Site operations
• Impersonate another person or entity

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, design, logos, and contractor data — is owned by or licensed to Labour Contractor Chennai. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Labour Contractor Chennai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or engagement with listed contractors. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for access.

9. Contractor Registration

Contractors who register on the platform confirm that the information provided is accurate and that they consent to their details being listed publicly on the Site. We reserve the right to remove any listing at our discretion.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
